About Us

In 1990, Gabriel Neira, a Colombian immigrant with vision and a strong social commitment, decided to pursue a dream that has today become a solid and human reality: Colony Springs Medical Center. With the collaboration of Dr. Edgar Escobar (R.I.P.), also a Colombian physician, and the unwavering support of his children Alexandra, Klaudia, and Ricardo, a medical center was born to serve the Hispanic community.

At that time, there was a great need: health services in Spanish, with professionals who not only understood the language but also the culture and values of our countries. This is how our story began, with a clear mission: to provide close, accessible, and compassionate medical care that treats every patient as part of the family. Today, 35 years later, CSMC remains steadfast in that purpose.

Many of our patients have been with us since the beginning, and every day we welcome new members into our big family. We not only diagnose but also accompany, care for, and support them at every step of their health journey—most importantly, we help them stay well. At Colony Springs Medical Center, we believe in preventive medicine, holistic well-being, and the importance of being heard.
